The customers will always see a variety of the freshest & and the largest portion of fish on their plate. We are using whole grain rice for all our sushi rolls.

We offer a 5 course or 7 course tasting menu (omakase) for those who are interested, and we can’t forget about our Iron Chef night that is held during the first Monday of every month, where customers get a hands-on experience of making sushi!

We all highly recommend the Sapporo Draft, Camus Conundrum white wine, Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon red wine, Dassai Daiginjo sake, and the yoshi no Gawa Gokujo sake.

As well as our fresh fruit cocktails this includes the Cassis Soda and Grapefruit Chu-hi which are common to see in Japan but very unique in Canada.
