Not only are Rascal Flatts filming a new documentary movie, they’re also working on a fragrance & they have a restaurant getting ready to open in Columbus by Ohio State University. 1/30/2012 It’s been a rough few weeks for Miranda Lambert. It’s been a rough few weeks for Miranda Lambert. Her father-in-law died & now a childhood friend, Tex, was killed. He was helping a stranded motorist when someone hit both cars & he was the only person who died. So that she can attend his funeral Friday, she’s had to cancel a show. She has to shoot a video today for ‘Over You’ and she says it’s going to be hard to do that in light of losing her friend. Rascal Flatts started filming a movie yesterday. They say it’s "performance/documentary style" with more of their individual stories. No word on a release date yet. Also out, the Grammy Nominees album with Jason Aldean, Taylor Swift, Lady A, Eric Church and Blake Shelton. ‘Waylon: The Music Inside, Volume Two’ is in stores as well with Dierks Bentley, Justin Moore, Montgomery Gentry, Pat Green, Jack Ingram & Hank Jr. Garth’s the best selling act of the last 20 years, selling close to 69 million albums, he beats #2, The Beatles by 5 million albums and he’s been retired since 2001. Garth also completed his testimony yesterday in the trial to decide his lawsuit against an Oklahoma hospital. The case should go to the jury today. 1/23/2012 Billy Ray Cyrus never learned the ‘Achy Breaky Heart’ Dance Lee Brice & his crew were asleep on their tour bus Saturday outside of Toby Keith's Bar and Grill in Mesa, Arizona. They’d just gotten there after a 9 hour drive when the smell of smoke woke them up & within minutes of them getting safely off, the back end of the bus was in flames. They lost clothes & personal items but the bus is a total loss. It may have been electrical. My last weeks rumor was true - Carrie Underwood & Steven Tyler’s ‘CMT Crossroads’ will air Feb. 4. Justin Moore is quite a cook & his secret is a cast-iron skillet that’s been in his family for over 30 years. He says it makes the best steaks you’ll ever have!
