Prime MInister Stephen Harper skirted the Enbridge pipeline dispute between Alberta and BC while in Vancouver Tuesday. However he did make two points. While refusing to talk about specific projects, Harper says work is being done to mitigate any risks of environmental damage. Harper says he's had conversations with BC Premier Christy Clark but wouldn't elaborate, only to say that he doesn't want to get in to any discussions about how hypothetical revenues are divided. Clark is demanding a piece of Alberta's royalties from the proposed Northern Gateway Pipeline, or she vows to reject the line.
