…not only scores well on a Scrabble triple word, it readily describes the morning trio at Country 105 known as ‘The Odd Squad’.

 

Award winning, entertaining, and simply comfortable to be with, Doug, Robyn and Dan have been your companions in the morning for well over a decade.

 

It’s rare for three different personalities to be ‘at one’ with each other for so long. But if familiarity breeds contempt, the idiom is lost on these guys. Oh sure, Robyn and Dan fight (sorry, they actively pursue individualistic opinions and defend them in a manner suggesting personal affronts…but that’s how good they are….you ‘think’ they’re ready for fisticuffs, but they’re friends at the end of the day. And what of referee Doug? Well, …we like Doug. He helps orchestrate the show and enjoys being with you each morning (as do Robyn and Dan). Honestly, could you imagine The Odd Squad being made up of any other combination?

 

Weekday mornings in Calgary need to start off well (remember Mom saying ‘breakfast’ was the most important meal of the day?…starting things with The Odd Squad is just as important). You’ll find the rest of your day will go well.

 

So thanks guys, keep doing what you’re doing and when anyone asks how to describe friends like Doug, Robyn and Dan?  The answer is obvious: Superlative.
