Diggin' the Olympics

What is it about this years Olympics that is so riveting? It's been an addiction for me since the opening ceremonies! I said to myself, "I'm not going to waste my time watching those artsy fartsy opening cermonies" but then you catch a glimpse...and you're hooked! Now I can't shut the TV off! From Canadian Hockey teams (men and women) to snowboarding to Women'sCurling and the lucious Cheryl Bernard, you just can't get enough.
Maybe it's the touching stories behind the atheletes on their journey to the podium. Maybe it's a trip down memory lane when we hosted the games in Calgary back in '88. Maybe it's just excitement because it feels like we really have a shot at a good medal count. Whatever it is, I am diggin' the Olympics...GO CANADA GO!
