JURASSIC WORLD TOPS BOX OFFICE AGAIN – Jurassic World was the No. 1 movie in North America for a third weekend, earning an additional $54.2 million at the box office. The animated Inside Out held on to the No. 2 spot with $52 million. Ted 2 debuted in third, and Max debuted in fourth.
… Jurassic World took 17 days to reach the half-billion dollar mark in North America — the quickest in history to reach the milestone, surpassing the mark of 23 days set by 2012’s The Avengers.
